Guarantees and returns

DEEGO TOYS customers are covered by the guarantees given by the various manufacturers on each individual article. Defects or damage arising from incorrect use or handling of the material, or wear and tear arising from normal use are not covered by the guarantee. Deterioration in the articles’ functionalities due to their basic limitations at source is also not covered by this guarantee.

Quality Guarantee of Deego Toys

1. Casing

Made in ABS plastic which is shockproof and heatproof and covered with a smooth layer of rubber providing a pleasant touch. It consists of two parts: body and head.

2. USB connector

Protected by the upper part of the casing and is only visible on separating the body and head from the casing.

3. Controller Board

Is the intelligent part of the USB memory. It indicates where information should be stored. Its quality will determine the correct functioning of the memory and have direct influence on its useful life.

Deego Toys assembles controller boards from originals such as USBest, Samsung, Intel etc. and only works with electronics of the highest quality.

4 .Memory Chip NAND flash.

Deego Toys only works with top brands in controller boards, Hynix, Samsung, etc., guaranteeing not only 100% correct functioning but also the maximum speed and compatibility available in the market.

USB memories contain an array (combination or grouping of the same type of variables) of cells where data is stored. They may contain 1 or 2 bits of information.

Deego Toys relies on professional USB duplicators, machines to check the quality of USB memories and copy data simultaneously.

In the event of one of our products not functioning correctly, you will be able to contact us for assistance online. However, if the failure is electronic and can’t be resolved online, we will advise you of the procedure to follow to replace the product.
