Delivery costs depend on the weight of the merchandise and the delivery method chosen. Remember that if in doubt, you can calculate the exact delivery cost with the help of our “shopping basket” as follows:
- Place the articles that interest you in the shopping basket and click on “process order”. If you are not registered, you will be asked to enter your user name and password.
- Next select the transport company and payment method. In order to view all the expenses click on “continue”.
- You will enter the last window of the order process where you will be able to see the exact transport cost for your order. (Important: Unless you click on the “Confirm” key, the order will not be processed).
For orders to the Canary Islands and Ceuta and Melilla, the transport costs include the expenses incurred for customs export documentation. Customs import expenses and local taxes are not included.
Important: Very often order payment is made “on delivery”. We kindly ask you to have the exact sum prepared to avoid problems with change. This kind of shipment involves various commission payments related to “payment on delivery” on behalf of the transport company. These expenses can be avoided if payment is made by “bank deposit or bank transfer”.
Once your product has been registered and added to the shopping basket, you will be able to see exactly the transport costs for the chosen destination. Here is a breakdown of our general delivery charges depending on the destination:

We offer FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS IN EXCESS OF €105 to be supplied to mainland Spain or Balearic Islands.
At Deego toys we place special emphasis on the way we send our products as hardware products are in general very delicate articles which react to any mechanical influence.
In order to reduce to a minimum the risk of any damage in transit, we pay special attention to the packaging we use.
Important: If on receipt of the packet any external defect is observed, it is essential that this fact is written down on the delivery note and that we are notified as soon as possible about the defect. If externally no defect is visible but then on opening the packet a defect is observed, the transport company allows a period of 24 hours from delivery to make a claim for damage which may have occurred during transit. Once this period has expired, no responsibility will be held for the delivered goods which will be assumed to have been delivered in perfect condition. We advise you to examine the contents within the 24 hour period in order to be able to take the necessary steps in the event of the goods having been damaged in transit.
