Where is my order?
If the delivery time has been exceeded (see delivery times) and you still haven't received your order, you can find out about its location by sending an e-mail to atencioncliente@deegotoys.com with the subject line: Monitoring order Nº xxxx

Can I choose a delivery time?
Deegotoys.com cannot assure you the order will be delivered at a certain time. If you think you might be away and no one else is able to collect the delivery, please contact our Customer Service. We will provide you with the delivery note number so you can agree on the collection with the transport agency.

When will I receive my order? Delivery times
Barring a mistake on our behalf, all the items shown in our shop are in stock; therefore, within the Peninsula the delivery will be made from 24 to 48 hours and in Balearic Islands from 48 to 72 hours as long as the order is confirmed before 18:00 hrs (Spanish time). If the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holidays it will be processed on the first working day that follows.

* On special dates indicated such as Christmas, Epiphany and bank holidays we do not guarantee the delivery will be made in 24-48h due to the volume of merchandise to be transported.

For other destinations, approximate delivery times are:
- Canary Islands: 4 working days in air transport and 10 working days in sea transport.
- Ceuta and Melilla: from 7 to 10 working days.
- Collection of orders in our shop in Madrid: 3-4 working days.
Please consider that the calculation of delivery times are based on working days (Monday to Friday) and no deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Further more, if the chosen method of payment is a bank transfer, the order will not be sent until we have the bank transfer confirmation.

Warning. Deego toys reserves the right to modify delivery times without prior warning in the case of orders with a large volume.

How can I cancel my order?
If your order has not left our warehouse, you can cancel your order by sending an email to atencioncliente@deegotoys.com, clearly stating the reasons for cancellation, the order No. and the user name. In the email subject please write "Order cancellation".

Our remote sales department will deal with your order cancellation.

Is it safe to buy at Deegotoys.com?
We guarantee that each transaction performed at Deegotoys.com is 100% safe. Every transaction involving personal or bank data transmission is made using a secure environment. Deegotoys.com uses a secure server based on standard security technology SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All information you send us travels encoded through the network.

Additionally, your credit card data does not remain registered in any database but goes directly to the Bank's POS (Point of Sale Terminal).

We also inform you that we have recently incorporated the SET (Secure Electronic Trade) system in the payment gateway, which is added to the current data encoding system SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in order to further increase security in your Internet purchases.

When you make a purchase in our online shop and decide to pay with a VISA or MASTERCARD card, besides the card number and expiry date, you will be asked for a special password exclusively used in Internet purchases.

Please use your bank's electronic bank service to obtain your secured VISA or MASTERCARD card. By doing this you will ensure that both no one except you will use your card to pay by Internet and that your bank will provide you with all the information regarding your bank data.

I cannot select any country when filling in the delivery address. What happens?
It is likely that in the page configuration you have selected a country other than your order delivery country. Please check you have correctly selected this information in the link "Deegotoys.com CONFIGURATION" located in the upper part of the site.

We remind you that in order to perform a purchase efficiently the page has to be configured according to your order destination country as not all the products / brands are available in every country.

How can I express my opinion about a product?
You can give your opinion about a product in the website in two possible ways:

A month after purchasing in Deegotoys.com you will receive an email asking for your thoughts about the products you bought, you decide if you would like to express your opinion about all of them or only some of them.

All the opinions will be shown next to the product description so they can serve as a reference to other customers.

You can also give your opinion directly in the product's technical specifications, but remember you will only be able to give it about the products you have bought in Deegotoys.com.

In both cases, you need to have an ALIAS that will allow you to keep your identity secret, if you so wish. If you already have an alias, it will be shown by default and If you wish to modify it you will only have to access your registration record. In case you do not have an alias, you will be asked to choose one.

I registered some time ago in Deegotoys.com and now when I try to access my account I'm told there is no user with this user name and password.
Please first of all check that you have correctly typed your user name and password. If you are not sure, please click here and we will send you your password to the email address you provided during the registration process.

If you are sure that you wrote both your user name and password correctly, there is a possibility that your account has been cancelled if it has been inactive for a long time. In order to access the Deegotoys.com services that require previous identification again you just have to register.
