All our orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, as long as there is available stock. Orders are collected at the end of the morning and can, therefore, reach their destination in 24 or 48 hours, depending on whether redelivery is needed.

Product delivery is carried out only from Monday to Friday during the day. The Delivery cost depends on the province you live in. Deliveries are calculated through the website. Deliveries to provincial capitals don't have any redelivery (additional charge).
The prices of all our products are without taxes; applicable taxes vary according to the country from which the purchase is made. The definitive purchase price is shown in the purchase summary, which details the amount corresponding to applicable taxes according to the country selected in the delivery details.
Regarding the Value-Added Tax, as a general rule a tax rate of 16% will be applied for areas within the European Union where this tax is applicable. All companies from a European Union country except Spain are exempt from paying this tax. VAT will not be added on to sales of any other country of the world, although the customs systems of each country will apply the corresponding tax charges.
