Delivery fees and conditions
Deego Toys guarantees delivery to the carrier the same day the order is placed for all orders formalized before 18:00 hours (Spanish time), as long as they are in stock. If the orders are placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays they will be processed on the first working day that follows. .It is also worth considering that delivery times are counted in working days and can vary due to local or national holidays. Remember that if the method of payment you choose is a bank transfer, the order will not be shipped until we have received confirmation.
Deego Toys reserves the right to change the type of order and the firm by which it is processed, regardless of what is stated in these pages and as long as it is not clearly detrimental to the customer.

Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands):Delivery in 24/48 hours in the case of shipments to the Peninsula and 48/72 hours in the case of shipments to Balearic Islands.Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla):Approximate delivery time to Canary Islands is 4 working days in the case of air transport and 10 working days in the case of sea transport. Approximate delivery time for Ceuta and Melilla is from 7 to 10 working days.Shipment to other destinations:
Sales to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will not be charged with VAT (16%), although the customs system will apply the corresponding tax charges. Under no circumstances will we be able to determine the tax amount the customer will have to pay when receiving his/her order as, in the case of Canary Islands, for example, it depends on IGC (Complementary Global Tax - Impuesto Global Complementario) and on "Canary customs" ("aduanas de Canarias"). A fee is usually set, which is INDICATIVE, never definitive, that is normally between 15 and 30 euros for Import Rights and Customs Administration Documents as well as the percentage corresponding to Canary Global Indirect Tax (IGIC - Impuesto General Indirecto Canario). (1) Portugal-Madeira and Portugal-Azores do not have the same rates as the rest of Portugal. Shipment fees are calculated in the shopping cart, according to the order weight.
(2) In the case of shipments to Andorra you have to consider that delivery fees do not include possible additional fees due to customs and taxes that are always paid at the destination by the merchandise receiver. VAT is not applied in Andorra.
(3) Exact amount of freights will be calculated according to the final weight of your order. You can check this directly in the shopping cart before confirming the order.
(4) This rate includes only the following countries: France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Luxemburg, Holland, United Kingdom, Austria, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden and Finland.
In the indicated prices for delivery fees we do not include the possible additional fees due to customs and taxes that, in any case, will be paid at the destination by the merchandise receiver.
